About
Global decision-making is broken. There is no independent, pluralistic space where competing worldviews are surfaced or stress-tested before they shape reality. Foresight is captured by state and institutional agendas. The decisions defining the next century are made in fragmented, closed contexts, by people who are not reading the full map.
Erisian exists to change that. We surface the collision of worldviews, narratives, and ways of knowing, at global scale, in real time. Independent, pluralistic, and not captured by any single actor, government, or agenda. The insights live in the fault lines. We make them visible.

She is the Founder of Paradeigma, an award-winning collaborative design and strategic foresight practice. 13+ years consulting to governments, NGOs, multilaterals, and corporations. WEF Agenda Contributor, published researcher in the Journal of Futures Studies, Devex World Luminary 2024, and named a Leading Woman to Watch in Futures in 2025.
